Terms of Service + Payment:
I Only accept Paypal!Sketch Commissions must be paid upfront!Full-Color Commissions must be paid half-upfront!
[You can pay in full, but at least half must be paid.]Please provide high-quality reference photo(s) of your character(s)! Also reference for pose(s) you want the character(s) in!
[Pinterest mood boards / image collages are acceptable, using someone's original character that is not part of licensed published media, without consent, is unacceptable.]I don't work on deadlines
[If you are commissioning me for a special event consider doing so weeks or months in advance. Please be patient as commission wait times vary based on my health, schedule, complexity, life situation etc… I provide updates as progress is made on commissions, you may also request them.]Abusive commissioners will not be tolerated!
[I classify abuse/poor behavior as but not limited to: gaslighting, guilt-tripping, harassment, unwanted sexual or romantic remarks/advances, bigoted or discriminatory behavior, hate posting/commenting, attempts to scam etc…]
You will be warned if I think your behavior is out of line.
If you continue I will CANCEL the commission, you will NOT receive a refund, and be BANNED from commissioning me further!]I refuse to work with bigots and extremists!
[I have the right to refuse any commissioner my services who I deem to be a bigot, extremist, or otherwise malicious individual.]My commissions are not for commercial use at this time!Do not take credit for my work. If you are going to post the commission credit me properly.
[This can Include adding: my @ / handle, requesting a watermarked copy to post, linking my account, tagging me, crediting me in descriptions etc...
"credits to the artist" is NOT a valid form of credit! You will be BANNED from commissioning me if you do this.]My work is under NO circumstances to be used in training "Generative-AI" programs! I do not consent to my work being input into training algorithms or ANY AI software/application!
Violating this will get you BANNED from commissioning me!
Refund Policy:
All commissions are only fully refundable before work has been started!
[Once progress has been started on a commission refunds are calculated based on progress. Once sketches have been started, the price of an equivalent sketch commission is deducted from the total cost since they are not refundable after work has started.]Sketch commissions are not refundable after work has been started!
[Fixes and additions can be requested when applicable, but they are not refundable after progress has been made.]Full-color commissions are only partially refundable based on progress!
[If you decide you no longer want to continue with a commission before progress has been made on a sketch, you will be fully refunded.
If sketching has started with progress, you will be charged the cost of an equivalent sketch commission, then refunded for work not yet completed. As stated in the points above.]If I am unable to finish your commission for whatever personal reason, you will be refunded fully, and receive work I have done so far!
[I decide when I am unable to continue work for personal reasons. This does not include access to the work in progress (WIP) file.]Abusive commissioners who have CANCELED commissions will not be refunded and are BANNED from commissioning me.

Revisions Policy:
Only minor revisions can be made after sketching is completed. All revisions must be done as soon as possible!If repeated major changes are requested for a commission after sketching has been completed and further work is being done, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.
[If this occurs I will no longer work on your commission, and you will be refunded for work not yet completed based on my "refunds policy" listed above.
It is important to have your commission planned out before commissioning me and for all major changes to be resolved when appropriate!]What are "major/minor revisions/changes?"
[Major revisions include anything that requires significant time to redraw. (E.G - articles of clothing, hairstyles, hands, poses etc.) Major revisions need to be made during the sketching process before a commission progresses.
Minor revisions include anything that is a quick adjustment. (E.G - adjusting colors, small adjustments to a section of artwork (not a redrawing of the section), small additions to the artwork that do not require a segment to be redrawn.)]If commissioners abuse the minor revisions system I reserve the right to cancel the commission.
[Asking for large amounts of minor revisions (10+) that take a lot of time to fix, is equal to asking for major revisions after sketching has been completed and will be treated in the same way.]

Hate Speech, Discrimination, Bigotry, Harm to Minors etc…I have the right to refuse drawing anything I am not comfortable with for whatever reason. These guidelines are subject to change. Items above have exceptions depending on experience.I may choose not to draw a subject with a specific context. Context matters, I take this into account accepting commissions!
Updates & Receiving Final Commission(s):
Updates will be provided throughout the commission process as low resolution, watermarked, or signed copies of the artwork.After full payment has been received, you will be sent a unmarked high-resolution copy.
[You can request a version with my social handle / watermark to post to credit me.]All finished commissions are sent as a high-quality PNG file (300 DPI) VIA email or messaging. You can request a JPEG file.
When you purchase a commission from me, you agree to these Terms of Service.It is your job as the commissioner to read the Terms of Service (TOS) above. I will not be held responsible for commissioners who do not read my Terms of Service before commissioning me.Thank you for your interest in commissioning me.
